  • Angie

    DIRECTOR & SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Angie is a registered occupational therapist with over 20 years experience including six years in Ireland. She is a senior clinican having served as team leader in various community and rehab-based practice settings. She specialises in complex home modifications & complex assistive technology, with vast experience in helping people with progressive neurological conditions, brain injury, spinal cord injury and dementia.

    Angie has held roles in NSW Health including working in the stroke rehab at Prince of Wales Hospital, and leading community allied health teams within large international Allied Health Providers, and Non for Profit Organisations. She has developed her home modifications skills through active post graduate training and working extensively under a joint OT/Builder assessment model to deliver best practice solutions to her clients. She designs bespoke training sessions, runs workshops for small and large groups around Australia, and oversees mentoring programs for OT’s entering the field home modifications.

    She has worked as a sessional academic and associate lecturer at The University of Sydney, and was awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy UK following the completion of a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. She has a passion for mentoring and guiding occupational therapy students, new graduates and early career clinicians. She has designed OT student placement programs in Australia and in Ireland & previously held the national role of OT Learning & Development Manager at ORS Group, implementing OT competency and professional development programs across the organisation.

    CLINICAL LEAD & SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Averil, an extraordinary and seasoned Clinical and Senior Occupational Therapist with a rich experience spanning across public health and private sectors. Her journey has woven through diverse settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, ICU, CCU, surgical, and oncology/palliative care wards. This breadth of experience has endowed her with a profound understanding of managing complex medical conditions, and supporting individuals navigating significant life changes.

    As our dedicated Clinical Lead, Averil seamlessly merges her wealth of knowledge with her passion for evidence-based occupational therapy. Her commitment extends beyond the conventional as she takes on the role of guiding and supporting new graduate therapists and OT students. In her leadership, Averil introduces a unique blend of warmth and joy, turning mentorship into a journey of shared growth.

    Beyond her role with us, Averil wears another hat as the founder of 'Assess OT.' conducting one-off clinical assessments for adolescents and adults, including FCA, ILO, SIL, and Sensory assessments.

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST & ALLIED HEALTH SERVICES COORDINATOR

    Hannah is a highly qualified professional with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science, a Master of Physiotherapy, and ongoing studies in Women's Health Physiotherapy. Currently serving as our mobile physiotherapist and Allied Health Services Coordinator, Hannah is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of her clients.

    Her expertise extends across musculoskeletal and sports injuries, chest physiotherapy, and neurological treatments, offering a well-rounded approach to care. Whether travelling across Sydney to see clients in their homes , in our Auburn and Parramatta offices, she provides physiotherapy services tailored to individual preferences.

    Hannah excels in communication with clients, support networks, and allied health staff. Beyond her physiotherapy role, she passionately advocates for wholistic well-being, ensuring her clients receive the best care based on the latest evidence-based practices.

    TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

    London Base

    Tina takes the lead with coordinating our OT Fieldwork Student Programs; managing all of our training events and workshops, and ensuring her interactions with the OT community are in line with the Inclusive OT vision and values.

    She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Health Psychology from the UK, with aspirations to complete Occupational Therapist studies in the near future. She has already made a huge impact on the ways we operate with her critical thinking, attention to detail, and intentional mindset, as well as her exceptional people skills acquired from years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles. She is the friendly person who will e-mail you resources before and after our sessions, your certificate of attendance and evaluation forms, and answer any questions you may have about our training topics.

    SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Kirstin is a registered occupational therapist with 20 years experience working in a diverse range of settings and workplaces spanning acute care and neuro-rehabilitation with clients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, stroke, or spinal cord injuries. Her clinical skill set includes home modifications, mental health, pediatrics and orthopedics.

    She spent part of her career working as an occupational therapist in Nepal in both hospital and community settings , training local workers and supporting the development of occupational therapy services in Nepal.

    Kirstin absolutely loves being a part of people’s journey in life. She takes great pride in walking alongside clients, and supporting them to the best of her ability by using her OT skills to help them achieve their goals, and participate in life in a way that is important to them. She enjoys the practical side of occupational therapy and the challenge of problem-solving with her clients.

    We value greatly the experience and expertise that Kirstin brings to the Inclusive OT team, as a diverse and capable clinician.

    SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Chis is an experienced senior clinician conducting community-based assessments with our aged care and disability clients. She is a dynamic occupational therapist who has worked across all ages with individuals with various conditions, ranging from early intervention, school-aged, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Her 19- year clinical repertoire includes working in hospital-based inpatient settings such as orthopaedics, respiratory, and acute psychiatric wards. She also has extensive community OT experience working with older adults, and adolescents/ younger adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD/ OCD and other neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions.

    As an Inclusive OT mentor, she connects with New Grads interested in getting off to a solid start into OT practice. Her clinical supervision, mentoring & adult education skills have been further developed in her roles of clinical educator, associate lecturer, unit of study coordinator, and sessional academic at the University of Sydney since 2015.

    Preeya is a dedicated Consultant Occupational Therapist and Practice Manager at Inclusive OT. With a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others, she plays a pivotal role in managing new referrals and ensuring a seamless process for clients entering our care.

    In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Preeya channels her expertise and empathetic nature into direct clinical work. Her clinical hours are devoted to working closely with aged care clients and individuals with psychosocial needs. With a wealth of lived experience, she brings a compassionate and personalied approach to every client interaction.

    As a busy mum of twin boys, Preeya understands the delicate balance between professional commitments and family life. Her multitasking skills and big heart contribute to her effectiveness in both roles. Preeya's empathy shines through in her work, creating a warm and supportive environment for clients and team members alike.

    Tiffany is a dedicated clinician holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of New South Wales and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney. With 8 years of experience in community settings, Tiffany has specialised in aged care and NDIS services, working closely with individuals with disabilities and complex conditions across different age groups. Her approach is centered on person-centered individualised care, helping clients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

    She has developed a keen interest and specialist skills in Complex Assistive Technology Prescription and Complex Home Modifications and maintains a parttime role at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, providing OT services to patients who are discharged from ED and require a follow up assessment at home.

    Tiffany is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, enabling her to effectively communicate and connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, keeping active, and pursuing her passion for music by studying to become a certified therapeutic harpist. With her blend of expertise, compassion, and dedication, Tiffany is a valued Inclusive OT team member.

    David is a recent graduate from Western Sydney University with a keen interest in home modifications. He completed his 4th year placement at Inclusive OT in 2022, and will focus on assisting us with our aged care community assessments as a consultant OT.

    David is a highly skilled communicator with a talent for managing difficult and sensitive conversations delicately and with poise. He is fluent in Vietnamese and adept to working with a multicultural client population.

    “When working with older populations, I incorporate a client-centred approach to involve everyone within the decision-making progress. By utilising a collaborative approach and evidence-based practice, environmental barriers are identified and home modification services are implemented to facilitate a safe environment for older adults to complete meaningful tasks in the comforts of their home. “

    SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST & MENTOR (PAEDIATRICS)

    Tokyo Base

    Georgia is an experienced and enthusiastic clinician who has specialised in Paediatrics throughout her career, spanning 10 years. She has worked across a variety of organisations including NSW Health, Non-Government Organisations, and the private sector. Caseloads have ranged from neonatal, to early-intervention, school-aged and young adults. She also has extensive community OT experience working within a specialist multidisciplinary team, providing high level assessment and intervention to children with, but not limited to, rare genetic conditions, neurological conditions, developmental and physical disabilities.

    As a mentor with OT Australia for many years, she has provided guidance to both new graduates and those who are entering the area of Paediatrics. Georgia’s clinical supervision and mentoring skills have also expanded into her role as an Associate Lecturer and unit of study coordinator with University of Sydney, across both undergraduate and masters level programs.

    She is excited to help emerging and experienced OT’s build both personal and professional skills to manage in a variety of work environments and with mixed clinical caseloads.
