  • Chris Choy- MENTAL HEALTH/DEVELOPMENTAL (CHILDREN & ADULTS)

“I enjoy mentoring because I like passing on my knowledge, skills and lessons learned so I can help others to reach their aspirations. I’m a supportive and flexible mentor. I like to create a safe space and work with the mentee to identify their own shortcomings, and barriers so they can come up with solutions that they want to implement. Giving them choices and taking ownership of where they want to head.

I am passionate about the impact that OT can have in the community and about supporting the next generation of OT clinicians to achieve their potential. I love watching occupational therapists learn and hone their clinical skills, and supporting them to incorporate their own unique selves into their therapeutic intervention.”
