    Angie is a registered occupational therapist with over 20 years experience including six years in Ireland. She is a senior clinican having served as team leader in various community and rehab-based practice settings. She specialises in complex home modifications & complex assistive technology, with vast experience in helping people with progressive neurological conditions, brain injury, spinal cord injury and dementia.

    Angie has held Senior roles in Public Health, provided leadership for community allied health teams within large national Allied Health Providers, and Non for Profit Organisations. She has developed her home modifications skills through active post graduate training and working extensively under a joint OT/Builder assessment model to deliver best practice solutions to her clients. She designs bespoke training sessions, runs workshops for small and large groups around Australia, and oversees mentoring programs for OT’s entering the field home modifications.

    Kirstin is a registered occupational therapist with 20 years of experience working across a diverse range of settings, from acute care to neuro-rehabilitation. Her clinical expertise includes home modifications, paediatrics, orthopaedics, and mental health, with a particular passion for supporting clients with psychosocial conditions, mental health challenges, autism, ADHD, and brain injuries.

    Over the past few years, Kirstin has been helping clients develop daily living skills and build capacity for independent participation in life—an area she finds especially rewarding and fulfilling. She takes pride in walking alongside her clients on their journey, supporting them to achieve their goals and participate in meaningful life activities in a way that’s important to them.

    Kirstin spent part of her career working as an OT in Nepal, supporting hospital and community services, and contributing to the development of occupational therapy locally.

    She absolutely loves the practical, problem-solving aspects of occupational therapy and is committed to empowering her clients to live their lives to the fullest.

    Chis is an experienced senior clinician conducting community-based assessments with our aged care and disability clients. She is a dynamic occupational therapist who has worked across all ages with individuals with various conditions, ranging from early intervention, school-aged, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Her 19- year clinical repertoire includes working in hospital-based inpatient settings such as orthopaedics, respiratory, and acute psychiatric wards. She also has extensive community OT experience working with older adults, and adolescents/ younger adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD/ OCD and other neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions.

    As an Inclusive OT mentor, she connects with New Grads interested in getting off to a solid start into OT practice. Her clinical supervision, mentoring & adult education skills have been further developed in her roles of clinical educator, associate lecturer, unit of study coordinator, and sessional academic at the University of Sydney since 2015.

    With a keen interest in home modifications, David completed his fourth-year placement at Inclusive OT in 2022, where he developed a strong foundation in assessing and implementing tailored solutions to support aging individuals within their homes.

    David is not only highly skilled in his clinical practice but also excels as a communicator. He possesses a natural talent for managing difficult and sensitive conversations with delicacy and poise, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported throughout the process. Fluent in Vietnamese, David is adept at working with multicultural client populations, further enhancing his ability to provide culturally sensitive care.

    Hiba is a passionate occupational therapist who graduated from the University of Sydney. She brings extensive experience working in paediatric settings, including both clinic-based and community environments. She is an empathetic and focused clinician who genuinely enjoys assisting clients of all ages to achieve positive outcomes by enhancing their quality of life and developing new skills.

    Currently, Hiba works with our aged care population, conducting assessments for home modifications and assistive technology. She also provides capacity building and post injury rehabilitation services, tailored to support clients in improving their independence with daily activities in the community.

    Hiba is an exceptional report writer, demonstrating a high level of written communication skills. She is highly confident and professional in liaising with clients, their families, case managers, and government agencies, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.

Over the past two years, she has committed to both on-the-job experience and formal postgraduate training in neurological treatments, focusing on managing upper limb impairments, including motor relearning and spasticity management. Preeya is also trained in the use of electrical stimulation for upper limb rehabilitation, which she incorporates into her practice to enhance functional recovery.

    Focusing solely in clients with neurological conditions, Preeya develops tailored therapeutic plans that aim to improve upper limb function in everyday activities. She channels her expertise and empathetic nature, bringing a compassionate and personalised approach to every client interaction.

    With a specialisation as a Complex Positioning Specialist and NDIS-approved Complex Home Modifications Assessor, Nicole has demonstrated a commitment to providing tailored care solutions for clients with complex needs. Her experience spans across various healthcare settings, where she has excelled in developing individualised treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for her clients.

    Nicole is known for her attention to detail, and is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in OT practice and continuously seeks opportunities for professional development to enhance her skills and knowledge.

    Georgia is an experienced and enthusiastic clinician who has specialised in Paediatrics throughout her career, spanning 10 years. She has worked across a variety of organisations including NSW Health, Non-Government Organisations, and the private sector. Caseloads have ranged from neonatal, to early-intervention, school-aged and young adults. She also has extensive community OT experience working within a specialist multidisciplinary team, providing high level assessment and intervention to children with, but not limited to, rare genetic conditions, neurological conditions, developmental and physical disabilities.

    As a mentor with OT Australia for many years, she has provided guidance to both new graduates and those who are entering the area of Paediatrics. Georgia’s clinical supervision and mentoring skills have also expanded into her role as an Associate Lecturer and unit of study coordinator with University of Sydney, across both undergraduate and masters level programs.

    With a robust background in community support and extensive experience in disability services, Geneviève is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients.

    Geneviève holds a Diploma in "Delinquency Intervention" and multiple qualifications in Marketing and Communication, equipping her with a unique blend of skills in both operational management and client engagement. Her ongoing role as a Disability Support Worker at Sunnyfield has honed her expertise in person-centred care, ensuring clients receive the support they need to thrive.

    With previous experience as a Social Worker and Community Development Agent, Geneviève has demonstrated a passion for fostering social cohesion and advocating for marginalised communities. Her strong organisational and leadership skills, combined with her ability to communicate effectively, are key strengths she brings to her role.

    In her position as Practice Manager, Genevieve is committed to creating a welcoming environment and maintaining the highest standards of care for our clients. We are excited to have her expertise and enthusiasm as part of our team!

    Tina is an integral member of our team, taking the lead in coordinating our OT Fieldwork Student Programs, managing training events and workshops, and ensuring her interactions with the OT community align with the vision and values of Inclusive OT.

    Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Health Psychology from the UK. With aspirations to pursue Occupational Therapist studies in the near future, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role. Over the past two years, she has been instrumental in the development and success of our student programs and training events.

    With her critical thinking, attention to detail, and intentional mindset, Tina has already made a significant impact on our operations. Her exceptional people skills, acquired from years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles, have further enhanced her ability to connect with our OT community.
